olan mills, strikes again: (Gary Perlman, Plantation, Florida) Had pictures taken at Olan Mills, Pembroke, Florida. We needed the pictures for August 16, 2002 for a fiftieth wedding anniversary party. As of this date, no pictures have come and no one knows where to the the order # 0815-10003-7. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!! (case#091302b) OLAN MILLS, SPRINGFIELD, VIRGINIA: Consumer had family pictures taken at Olan Mills Studios. When pictures were finished the colors of the clothing were incorrect. Olan Mills was notified of the mistake but took no immediate action to make a correction. When the second set of pictures was sent to the customer, the colors were still incorrect. Finally, after three months, the photographs were done correctly. Unfortunately, the studio was rude to the customer and offered no apology for the delay and poor work!! Hello, Olan Mills how about treating your customers with respect. (case#072001)
