Budget, Las Vegas Airport: Budget's "Fastbreak" program is good sometimes. However, if you arrive after 11:00 PM forget it. Nobody is available to help you. This is a major problem for people traveling from the West Coast to the East Coast. Additonally, the Budget location at the Las Vegas Airport leaves alot to be desired. Personnel are surly and not customer oriented.dollar, Houston airport: Terrible service. One van to pickup. You will wait and wait and wait while other rental car companies pass you several times. Not a good deal. Enterprise, St Louis airport: Reasonable priced company with good service. They do not have a "fastbreak" program like other companies.
